In the past month, have you had any unwanted memories of (EVENT) while you were awake, so not counting dreams? Criterion G is met (disturbance causes either clinically significant distress or functional impairment).Criterion F is met (disturbance has lasted one month).A symptom cluster score may also be calculated for dissociation by summing items 19 and 20. Similarly, CAPS-5 symptom cluster severity scores are calculated by summing the individual item severity scores for symptoms corresponding to a given DSM-5 cluster: Criterion B (items 1-5) Criterion C (items 6-7) Criterion D (items 8-14) and, Criterion E (items 15-20). CAPS-5 total symptom severity score is calculated by summing severity scores for the 20 DSM-5 PTSD symptoms. Briefly, the assessor combines information about frequency and intensity of an item into a single severity rating. General instructions and scoring information are included with the CAPS-5.ĭetailed scoring information is included with the CAPS-5 and should be reviewed carefully before administering. However, CAPS-5 items are rated with a single severity score in contrast to previous versions of the CAPS which required separate frequency and intensity scores. As with previous versions of the CAPS, CAPS-5 symptom severity ratings are based on symptom frequency and intensity (except for amnesia and diminished interest which are based on amount and intensity).CAPS-5 asks questions relevant to assessing the dissociative subtype of PTSD (depersonalization and derealization), but no longer includes other associated symptoms (e.g., gaps in awareness). ![]() The language of the CAPS-5 reflects both changes to existing symptoms and the addition of new symptoms in DSM-5.
![]() You may construct an equilateral triangle of a provided side length using a straightedge and a compass. ![]() It is a specific case of a regular polygon, but here, with three sides. The Equilateral has a property with all three interior angles. The examples of the isosceles are the golden triangle, isosceles right triangles, and the faces of bipyramids as well as certain Catalan solids.Įquilateral - This is a triangle that has all three sides equal or of the same length. You can find the other two isosceles triangles if you have one interior angle. These isosceles shapes are used in regular polygon areas plus, the triangles are called 45-45-90. The congruent sides are called legs from the vertex angle, and the other two are base angles. Isosceles - Suppose two sides of a triangle are congruent, the angles that are opposite are congruent. What Are Equilateral and Isosceles Triangles? When it comes to angles of triangles: acute (all angles are acute), right (one right angle), obtuse (one obtuse angle), and equiangulars (you guessed it have all equal angles). If all sides are equal it is called equilateral. The Isosceles Triangle Theorem tells us that if you have an isosceles triangle the angles opposite the congruent sides are also congruent. If two sides of a triangle are congruent that are considered the same in all respects. If the length of two sides of the triangle are equal it is called isosceles. If all the lengths of their sides are different it is scalene. Triangles are often classified by either their number of sides or the measures of their angles. There was no time for any sort reunion, however, as police arrived at the farmhouse with a warrant for the Marowak. ![]() It was incapacitated for many days, but after a time, it recovered. It stopped just short of the farm gate, tired and angry, collapsing out of fatigue. The Marowak had returned, and it darted towards the farm. However, he wasn't given the time to leave. He made to leave the farm and go to the last reported place that the Marowak has appeared. The caregiver was sure that the Marowak described was the same Marowak that had fled the farm all those years ago. The article went on to describe the acts of terror that it enacted. "Rogue Marowak Causes Fear Throughout Region" Then, one day, he noticed the headline in a newspaper. The caregiver went on as he previously did, though his heart was still heavy under the weight of Marowak's departure. Realizing this, the Marowak fled the farm. This was the final nail in the coffin for Marowak, it no longer had a place in the caregivers heart. Marowak had the upperhand, and as it was ready to send Charmander the killing blow, the caregiver swept the Charmander up. It confronted the Charmander and the two battled brutally and mercilessly. The resentment grew to the point where Marowak couldn't take it anymore. With sadness and regret in its heart, it began to isolate itself from the other pokemon.Ĭharmander soon recovered thanks to the aid of the caregiver, and the Marowak felt a massive amount of resentment towards it, distancing itself from the caregiver. The pokemon demanded much of his time thanks to its condition, and as a result, the Marowak, who had grown strong thanks to the care and nurturing of the caregiver, felt that it had taken a backseat to the Charmander. The man eventually came upon a terribly wounded Charmander. Being as fond of caregiving as he was, the caregiver discovered medicine that was helpful for curing pokemon, as well as others that weren't so effective. ![]() One day, he found a weak Marowak a wounded one that, as time went on, he grew more and more attached to. He would spend countless hours with his pokemon, days even, just feeding them, playing with them, and caring for their wounds. Legends tell of a mysterious man a caregiver, one of the happiest you'd ever find. ![]() ![]() The Family code BA is the 1-Wire family code for the DS2413 chip. The wattage and revision are in the 12 bits of customer data (hex 3C is 60 decimal, indicating 60 watts). The ID field 100 is the customer ID indicating Apple. With this information, the Mac's AC charger information now makes sense and the diagram below shows how the 64-bit ID maps onto the charger information. Companies (such as Apple) can customize the ID numbers: the top 12 bits of the serial number are used as a customer ID, the next 12 bits are data specified by the customer, and the remaining 24 bits are the serial number. In the 1-Wire standard, the 64-bit ID consists of an 8-bit family code identifying the type of 1-Wire device, a 48-bit unique serial number, and an 8-bit non-cryptographic CRC checksum that verifies the ID number is correct. The wattage and serial number make sense, but what about the ID, Revision, and Family? It turns out that these are part of the 1-Wire protocol used by the chip inside the connector.Įvery chip in the 1-Wire family has a unique 64-bit ID that is individually laser-programmed into the chip. You can easily pull up the charger information on a Mac (Go to "About this Mac", "More Info.", "System Report.", "Power"), but much of the information is puzzling. The 1-Wire system is convenient here since the Mac can communicate with the Magsafe through the single adapter sense pin. The chip uses the 1-Wire protocol, which is a clever system for connecting low-speed devices through a single wire (plus ground). It also provides the ID value to the Mac indicating the charger specifications and serial number. It switches the status LEDs on and off (that's the "dual channel switch" part). The tiny chip on the left is a DS2413 1-Wire Dual Channel Addressable Switch. Two identical LEDs are on the other side. In the middle are two LEDs, orange/red and green. The circuit board inside the Magsafe connector is very small, as you can see below. The block of metal on the left is not magnetized, but is attracted by the strong magnet in the Mac's connector. The plastic pieces hold the pins in place. There is no data communication via the adapter sense pin with the charger unit itself.ĭisassembling the connector shows the spring-loaded " Pogo pins" that form the physical connection to the Mac. Only two wires - power and ground - go to the charger unit. The charger wires are soldered onto the back of this board. Removing the outer plastic shell reveals a block of soft waxy plastic, maybe polyethylene, that helps diffuse the light from the LEDs and protects the circuit underneath.Ĭutting through the soft plastic block reveals a circuit board, protected by a thin clear plastic coating. Also note that the middle adapter sense pin is much smaller than the pins, unlike the Magsafe 2. The connector below is an older Magsafe notice the slightly different shape compared to the Magsafe 2 above. I had a Magsafe cable that malfunctioned, burning the power pins as you can see in the photo below, so I figured I'd tear it down and see what's inside. The pins are arranged symmetrically, so the connector can be plugged in either way. This battery will be compatible with batteries rated at 4400 & 4800 mAh capacities while providing up to 20% more run time. The pins of a Magsafe 2 connector. The higher capacity battery cells inside this cartridge have anĮnergy capacity of 55 Whr. Turning down your screen brightness and closing unused programs can get you even longer battery times.
